This...

...is a drawer full of deliciousness!

My parents gave us a Keurig for Christmas this year, and I am in love.  I enjoy a cup of coffee now more often than I did before.  I am no good at making a pot of coffee.  I've tried, but my husband just makes it better.  So, I resigned myself to only having a cup when he decided to brew a pot.  Now I can make the perfect cup any time I want and not feel wasteful that I only drink one cup.

  1. We love our Keurig too!

I don't drink coffee, so I don't know how to make it worth drinking for anyone else, and when FF would make a pot he'd drink maybe a cup or two and the rest would end up wasted.

It also freed up room on the counter because I had my own little coffee pot for heating a pot of water to make hot chocolate.
Now I just put a package of hot chocolate in my cup and run the Keurig with no K-cup in it and it gives me a cup of hot water in my hot choc.

You still thinking about a Coffee bar? I still am, but still have no clue what I want to do, or where I would do it.

    1. It's awesome! I use mine for hot water for tea and hot chocolate as well. It's so much faster than putting a kettle on the stove, and just seems better than using them microwave.

I am totally still thinking about a coffee bar. As soon as I find something I like, I want to put it in my eat in kitchen area. It needs to not be too wide or too far out from the wall since it's a small area, and I want it to have drawers and maybe cupboard space, so I can keep all of our coffee, tea, hot chocolate and all of the Splenda, Nutrasweet, etc that we don't use but keep on hand for guests. I'm on the lookout for a round pedestal table too. I keep stalking Craigslist! :)
